I just finished these for Henry's room. If I forget to tell him how I feel everyday, at least he will have a reminder. Plus, I love that the natural wood frames match the blocks. Hooray for ikea! Now if I could just a perfect photo where they all look straight...

dry ice is ridiculous

Mark brought home dry ice, and Henry was over the moon. Gigi on the other hand, hated it.  I've never seen her so freaked out.  Oh well, you can't please everyone.

We had a labor day potluck on Sunday.  Unfortunately, I'm terrible at taking pictures at my own events. Here are the few that I did get.  Thanks for coming out friends!

Props to the Popsicle

We have a winner!  Key Lime. Not a big surprise for me.  Here is the link to where i found it so that you can make it at home, and i can make it again next summer!  These might be my next endevour.

popsicles and piston cups

I went on a popsicle spree!  Mango lime, Thai coffee, key lime, blueberry lemon, and buttermilk grapefruit.  That last one I tried because it sounded so odd but it's actually pretty darn tasty.

Then we woke Banjo from her 22 hours a day of sleep.

Henry decided he "needed" to go into the garage.  When I told him he needed shoes, he went for what he calls the "the fantastic" shoes.  That's my son, and yes I blurred out the goods.

Then he found a trophy that Mark found God knows where, and it became his new Piston Cup. Notice the pink fantastic shoes are still on.

He had to test out the Piston Cup's powers, so he took it for a spin.  Kids are fun.
